#HolyMischief Week 1

Look someone in the eye.

Smile.

Repeat.

Sometimes it really is that easy. So why do we forget to do it? Why does our face not show what our heart knows…that kindness, love, and joy are fruit of the spirit?

This Sunday we embark on a movement. A movement in Cartersville and beyond to radically disrupt the world with God’s love.

It’s nothing new. Trinity has been loving one another to Christ for 40 years. But it is a reminder that sometimes God shows up in simple acts of kindness.

Imagine a world where…

Kindness is the norm. Where we truly loved our neighbor.  A world where love is the default.

Imagine a movement that is not so much about a place or a program, but about people and a purpose.

Imagine a movement where faith was not dictated by a calendar. Imagine a movement where people engaged in fun acts of kindness that also renewed their hearts and minds.

If we can imagine it, then we can do it!

Join us Sunday where we most certainly will be getting into #HolyMischief!

P.S. – This week, let us all take up the #HolyMischief challenge. Try to perform at least one unexpected act of kindness each day. It could be as simple as buying a cup of coffee for a stranger, sending a heartfelt note to a friend, or even helping a neighbor with their groceries. Remember, no act of kindness is too small. Share your stories on social media with the hashtag #HolyMischief and let’s inspire one another to spread love and joy in Cartersville. Let’s make #HolyMischief a way of life!

Galatians 5:22-23 – But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
